Do you cater for parties?

Yes, we cater for aerial obstacle, zipline and mountain biking parties, team builds and special events. We are happy to discuss any special requests or basic decor to ensure your event is what you want it to be.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

We supply party packs and snacks. Guests are not allowed to bring their own food onto the premises. We offer a variety of party packs and snacks to ensure you are catered for. For birthdays and celebrations we do allow you to bring your own cake - please arrange with us upfront.   

In addition, Altydgedacht Farm offers wine tasting and a restaurant.

Is there enough space to host a party or teambuild event?

Our beautiful forest area offers picnic benches and a deck to enjoy the view.  When you book your party with party packs from us, we will book a picnic bench for you to ensure you have enough space for your guests - min party size 10pax on Saturdays for reserved tables.  You are also welcome to bring picnic blankets.

Can we buy food on-site?

Yes, at Zipzoom cafe we offer basic Snacks (Chips, Chocolates, Popcorn, Sweats), toasted sandwiches and Drinks (Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Cold Drinks, Juices, Smoothies and Bottled Water)

How long does a party last for?

A party lasts for 2 hours.  This includes Harnessing, Safety briefing, Time on the course and the rest blowing out candles, eating, drinking and socializing under the trees. 

Teambuild activties are customised depending on group size and available time - contact us to discuss this.

Party booking availability?

Time slots for parties are set at:

  • 09h30 to 11h30
  • 12h00 to 14h00 
  • 14h30 to 16h30

Should you wish to schedule a party at a different time or book a double slot, please discuss this with us.

Teambuild activities can start at times suitable for your group.

Happy party pack - R35 p/guest

This party pack includes a packet of niknaks, a lollipop, a fizzer, a jelly and a marshmallow sweet and a cool drink or water.

Yummy party pack - R60 p/guest

This party pack includes one packet of Simba or Lays chips, one packet of biscuits, a packet of smarties, a packet of jelly sweets, a chocolate and one cool drink or bottled water.

Healthy party pack - R90 p/guest

This party pack includes one packet of popcorn, one packet of droe wors or biltong, one packet of dried fruit or a fruit bar, chocolate or yoghurt dipped pretzels, an apple and one fruit juice or water. 

Team Build Events

Teambuild Activities:

Zipzoom caters specifically for corporate team builds with various purpose designed activities aimed at improving communication, problem solving, teamwork etc.

Actvities include ziplining, practical games (Oversized puzzles, Giant jenga, Buzzer Game, 4 in a row game, Ball labyrinth) and various mind puzzles & riddles that need to be solved in a group.

These actvities can be customized to suit your group size, time constraints and activity level.

Team buidling takes place outdoors in a poplar forest in a farm setting far away from the hustle and bustle of the corporate office.
